  • Cancellations made , for whatever reason/s, will incur a minimum $28 administration fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure and ‘no-shows’ will not be entitled to a refund. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to departure will be refunded less 20% of the fare (Plus Agents cancellation fees... plus admin fee).
     

  • All fares from the airport are required to be pre-paid and are non refundable if your flight is cancelled, delayed or you have been waiting in the wrong place.
     

  • 24SEVEN Shuttle and its agents accept no liability for any loss, damage or expense due to any issues whatsoever.
     

  • Please label luggage to your final destination, as we cannot accept responsibility for unlabelled luggage.
     

  • Collapsible, self propelled (propelled by the person sitting in them) wheelchairs and walker frames can be carried but we need to be notified at the time of your reservation. No electric wheelchairs or scooters can be carried.
     

  • Under the provisions of the Smoke Free Environments Act (1990), our services are required to be smoke-free.
     

  • Passengers who require somebody to lift them on and off the shuttle must arrange for this assistance at pick up and drop off points. Drivers are not permitted to participate in lifting passengers.
     

  • 24SEVEN  Shuttle reserves the right to alter prices and/or arrange alternative transport and routes without notice.
